Fans will finally be getting a Lil Kim biopic.
The Brooklyn-born rapper made the announcement during the 50th birthday celebration for the late Notorious B.I.G. While hosting the 2nd annual Biggie Dinner Gala in New York City, Kim was asked if a movie about her life will be coming soon and she responded, “Absolutely.”
She went on to say that the biopic will come soon after her memoir is released, which is set to be released later this year.
According to reports, the book will detail her intimate relationship with Biggie Smalls. “Oh my God. Everyone’s gonna know things that they’ve never known,” Kim said.
Lil Kim hasn’t shared which actress she wants to play her in the upcoming biopic. Fans got to see a side of the rapper in the movie Notorious when actress Naturi Naughton played her.
