This is crazy. A MTA bus driver is recovering after being stabbed and slashed by a passenger.
According to reports, the incident took place around 12:30 am at the Flatbush and Ocean Avenues stop near Prospect Park.
The passenger allegedly refused to pay his fare and got on the bus by using the rear doors. The bus driver confronted the passenger about the fare before they began to fight.
During the fight, the 39-year-old bus driver was stabbed in the stomach and slashed in the face. The suspect was reportedly last seen running up Empire BLVD.
No arrests have been made yet. We will keep you updated on this story.
