Eddie Murphy wants to make people laugh again.
The living legend had been off the comedy scene for years but could be returning to TV with a Netflix special.
TMZ reports the streaming service is interested in having Murphy on their platform.
Negotiations have been “hovering right around $70 MILLION for the deal … though we’ve been unable to firmly confirm the exact figure,” the article says.
