New Edition has announced that they will be having a residency in Las Vegas in 2024.
The residency will take place at the Encore Theater at Wynn Las Vegas and it will include all six members, Ronnie DeVoe, Bobby Brown, Ricky Bell, Michael Bivins, Ralph Tresvant, and Johnny Gill. The show will begin on February 28 2024 and end on March 9, 2024.
Presale for the event will begin on Wednesday, Nov. 8 at 10 a.m and will end on Thursday Nov. 9 at 10 p.m. PT. Tickets for the general public will start on Friday, Nov. 10 at 10 a.m. PT. The legendary group first mentioned the residency back in 2021 after they signed with Creative Artists Agency.
Back in 2022, the group headlined their tour, the Culture Tour with special guests Jodeci and Charlie Wilson. This news comes after New Edition paid tribute to The Spinners at the 2023 Rock & Roll Hall of Fame ceremony this past Friday, (Nov. 3).
They performed the group’s classic hits such as, “Could It Be I’m Falling in Love,” “I’ll Be Around,” and “The Rubberband Man.” New Edition’s performance was also a special tribute to the late Don Corneilus, who was inducted along with Chaka Khan, Missy Elliott, The Spinners, and more.
