It seems like Nia Long is ready to jump back into the dating pool.
After ending her relationship with Ime Udoka after he cheated on her with a Boston Celtics staffer, the 52-year-old actress revealed that she has her eyes on someone new while on The Drew Barrymore Show.
During the conversation, Barrymore asked Long if she was ready to date again, to which she responded about feeling free from her previous relationship.
“I’m still processing. I feel very free. I feel liberated. I feel like a whole weight was lifted off of me in a way,” the Best Man actress said.
She continued, “It’s so good, like I’m wearing my old jeans again. She went on to address the rumors of her dating as soon as she ended things with Udoka.
“I’ll say that I gotta be careful who I stand next to on a red carpet because I’ve dated like five or six people that I don’t even know their f***ing middle name,” she joked. “I’m like, ‘How is this my boyfriend?’ ‘Wow, this is very interesting. I don’t even know this guy’s middle name, and he’s my new man.’”
