Nia Long hasn’t spoken too much about the status of her relationship with Ime Udoka since news broke that he cheated on with a female staffer, however her ex and the father to her oldest son, Maasai Z. Dorsey has a lot to say about it.
Dorsey believes that the actress and her fiancé will get through this tough time in their relationship. He said, “We talk as a family, and it’s all about unconditional love, and that’s what she’s giving him. We’re sticking by him 100%.”
He went on to stand up for Udoka’s character. “All I could say is good things about Ime. He’s a good man. All these years. I’m happy he’s in my son’s life. Every man needs another chance. Like the Bible says, the flesh is weak. He’s not a bad guy. Hopefully, he’s learned from this.”
We reported that Nia Long seemingly reacted to the question about her working things out with Ime after being spotted outside without her engagement ring on. She also shared a post online that read, “A tip for mental health…learn to distinguish who deserves an explanation, who deserves one answer, and who deserves absolutely nothing.”
Nia Long and Ime Udoka have been engaged since 2015 and they share a 10-year-old son together, Kez.
