Dionne Warwick not happy about the news of the Whitney Houston hologram tour. In a recent article with Entertainment Weekly, the singer said “I haven’t had a clue as to what that is. It’s surprising to me. I don’t know what it is. I think it’s stupid, but whatever it is , that’s what it is.”
Earlier this week, (Tuesday, May 21st,2019), Houston’s sister-in-law, Pat Houston, who is now the president and chief executive of Houston’s estate spoke out about the hologram idea in a statement. “Whitney prided herself on her family and that included her fans, so she would have loved this holographic theatrical concept.”
Base Hologram is the company that will be creating the hologram of Whitney Houston. There is no date as to when the tour will take place as of yet.
