Looks like Apollo Nida will be released from prison sooner than we thought.

According to reports, a federal judge reduced Nida’s 96-month prison sentence by a full 12 months, which means Nida now have to serve only 84 months.

Nida was originally sentenced to 8-years on July 8, 2014 after pleading guilty to charges like conspiracy to commit bank fraud and racketeering. TheJasmineBrand.com reveals that Nida “was able to convince U.S. District Judge Charles A. Pannell, Jr. to lower his sentence to 84 months.” With time already served, he is set to be released on August 2020.

Nida and former RHOA star married in 2019 and parted ways in 2014. The two seemed to have moved on and found love again. Nida is now engaged to fiancée Sherien Almufti. Parks met a special guy herself, Tone Kapone from Dish Nation.

Things are looking good for Parks and Nida!
