Film director, screenwriter and producer, John Singleton has been dealing with some health issues.
Last week it was reported that the Boyz N the Hood director suffered a stroke. Family members called the health scare “mild,” but turns out, it’s more serious than we thought.
Singleton reportedly suffered another stroke on Wednesday at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in L.A. A source reports that he was in ICU last weekend. He’s currently in a coma.
The source also claims that Singleton’s mom Shelia Ward, “is asking a judge to appoint her temporary conservator because he is ‘unable to properly provide for his personal needs for physical health, food, clothing, or shelter.’” Singleton was reportedly working on a few business ventures before suffering the stroke.
