R. Kelly has spent quite a few days behind bars lately, but thanks to one very loyal person – who’s opted to stay anonymous – R. Kelly is a free man, again. A judge ordered Kelly back to jail for failing to make child support payments less than a week after he was released on bail for felony sexual assault. Kelly didn’t have the funds to pay upwards of $160,000 in court, but there’s a reason he stopped paying in the first place.
According to TMZ, Kels was lashing out against ex-wife Andrea Kelly after she allegedly trashed him to their three children. As a result, he punished her by cutting off his child support payments.
As Kelly emotionally stated during his interview with Gayle King, TMZ was told the singer was trying to maintain a relationship with Joann, Jay, and Robert, Jr. but his efforts have been stifled by Andrea’s “brainwashing.”
