Rapper Kidd Creole Found Guilty Of 2017 Murder

Kidd Creole, a founding member of the rap group Grandmaster Flash and the Furious Five, was found guilty of the murder that he committed in 2017. Creole, 62, whose real name is Nathaniel Glover, was convicted of first-degree manslaughter, according to Manhattan District Attorney Alvin L. Bragg Jr. According to reports, Glover fatally stabbed 55-year-old, John Jolly, with a steak knife after the two exchanged words. The rapper’s attorney stated that he acted in self-defense because the victim attacked him first. Kidd Creole is scheduled to be sentenced on May 4th. Stay tuned for updates. In 2007, Creole along with the rest of Grandmaster Flash and the Furious Five were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
