Rihanna has filed a lawsuit against her father, Ronald Fenty, claiming he’s using her name to profit on his own million-dollar business deals.

USA Today acquired the lawsuit, which states that RiRi is suing her father and his business partner, Moses Perkins, for “invasion of privacy and ‘egregiously and fraudulently’ misrepresenting that their company, Fenty Entertainment, is affiliated with the pop star.”

The lawsuit, which was filed in a Los Angeles court yesterday (Jan. 15), states, “Although Mr. Fenty is Rihanna’s father, he does not have, and never has had, authority to act on Rihanna’s behalf.”

The suit also claims her father’s “fraudulent bookings” include a $15 million tour in Latin America in addition to two concerts in Los Angeles and Vegas in the amount of $400,000.

Rihanna sat down with Vogue in 2011, and opened up about her rocky relationship with her dad.

“It really makes me question what I have become to my father. Like, what do I even mean to him?” she said. “He never called to find out how I was doing, if I was alive, nothing. He just never called. He went straight to the press and got a check.”
