On Monday, Rihanna shut the internet down when she revealed she and her boyfriend A$AP are expecting their first child.
The couple was met with excitement and love from fans on social media. Rihanna’s father, Ronald Fenty, is also excited about the baby news.
“I’m ecstatic. I’m so happy that I jumped for joy. I’m still so excited,” he said in a recent interview with Page Six.
He added that he received the news on Sunday night when his billionaire daughter called him, “I just got the news from her last night, and she sent me some photos. I’m just over the moon. She’s beautiful inside and out.”
Fenty also shared that his daughter always wanted to be a mother and believes that she will be a great one. “Rihanna always said that she wanted children, she loves kids. She always takes care of her cousins’ kids. She’s going to be a good mom.”
