Selena, the 1997 hit movie, will be returning to theaters to celebrate its 25th anniversary.
The announcement about the movie’s return was made on Selena’s official Instagram account.
The caption read, “Celebrating a legend, her legacy, and music, ‘Selena’ will be released in theaters nationwide starting April 7th.”

The movie starred Jennifer Lopez who played Selena, a Mexican- American singer who made her make in the world of Tejano music before her life was tragically cut short at the age of 23.
Lopez also took to social media to share the exciting news about the re-release.
