Shonda Rhimes is putting her Los Angeles Mansion on the market and for a hefty price.
The famed director is selling her seven-bedroom and 12-bathroom home for $25 million. According to reports, it is listed with Ed. Solorzano of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties.
The home has luxurious features including a chef’s eat-in kitchen, a library with a fireplace, a theater room with stadium seating, a snack bar, a kid’s playroom, and a master bedroom with a walk-in dressing room.
Rhymes purchased the house in 2014 from actress Patricia Heaton. She would later hire architect Bill Baldwin to renovate the home. Shonda Rhimes has recently hired Michael S. Smith to the interiors.
She currently has two other properties in L.A. and a two-bedroom penthouse in New York City.
