SWV To Celebrate 30th Anniversary With New Music

Fans will be getting music from SWV very soon.

According to reports, the R&B group recently revealed that they are working on new music to celebrate their 30th anniversary. They will start by dropping a single that will be a part of their EP, which will be produced by Brian A. Morgan.

The ladies of SWV, Coko, Taj, and Lelee, have not released any official details about the EP but Coko did confirm that the group was working with Morgan again. The producer then went on his Instagram to state that SWV’s songs are ready for an RIAA update. 

Coko agreed and commented, “Now let’s go in the studio and cut this new smash!!!” Morgan also replied to a fan’s question about a new album being in the works, “Not album. Just a song. Lol. That will be part of a new EP!!” 

Morgan has worked with the group before. He produced their 1992 debut studio album “It’s About Time”, and also has writing and producing credits on their second and third studio albums, “New Beginning” and “Release Some Tension.”

This news comes after the group has made headlines due to their new reality show, “SWV & XSCAPE: The Queens of R&B.” Fans have been watching the drama between both groups unfold as the get ready to go on tour.
