Vince Herbert is not ready to walk away from his marriage to estranged wife, Tamar Braxton. Blast reports, Tamar has been waiting on him to sign the divorce papers, however he keeps avoiding the court dates.
After months of delays, Tamar is now begging the judge to speed up the process. She has asked the judge “to grant a default decision in the divorce case. She originally filed for divorce back in October last year.”
Tamar filed for divorce in October of last year, but even so, neither party moved forward. Both Vince and Tamar were warned that the case would be dismissed if papers were not served. Eventually, the singer/reality star went ahead served Vince with documents on September 6. Herbert was given thirty days to respond, but has failed to file or show up in court.
If Tamar’s request is granted, the judge will then determine child/spousal support and split community property down the middle without Vince.
Tamar has moved on and has a new boyfriend. During her appearance on The Wendy Williams, she reveals that she is madly in love.
