The funeral plans for former model and actress, Kim Porter have been released. According to sources, Diddy who said he and Porter were “soulmates,” has arranged to have her buried in hometown Columbus, Georgia. Her casket will arrive in a horse-drawn carriage.
TMZ reports Bishop T.D. Jakes will “conduct the service.” The event is taking place November 24th and prior to the “extravagant ceremony,” Diddy has plans to have dinner with Kim’s friends and family the night before.

Porter passed away on Thursday after reportedly suffering from flu-symptoms that might have stemmed from pneumonia. An autopsy was performed however; it did not reveal cause of death. Sarah Ardalani, spokeswoman for Los Angeles County office told USA TODAY that “the cause of death was deferred pending additional tests.”
She is survived by her four children, Quincy (27), Christian (20), twin girls D’Lila Star (11) and Jessie James (11).
