Tiffany Haddish has been banned from drinking alcohol after her recent DUI.
The actress was banned from drinking alcohol and consuming any type of illegal drugs by a Georgia Judge. She was also ordered to take random drug tests. The “Girls Trip” actress was arrested last month in California after she fell asleep behind the wheel of her car while under the influence.
After being cited for the DUI, she was released from police custody. In January 2022, she was arrested in Georgia for the same thing.
Prosecutors fought to have Haddish’s bond include the provision of preventing her from having alcohol and drugs including CBD. The judge approved the motion and noted that any prescription drugs must be taken within a “therapeutic limit.”
