2023 Emmy Awards Delay and Nominations

Anthony Anderson will host the event, which faced a postponement amidst the writers' and actors' union strikes causing a six-month Hollywood shutdown. HBO’s “Succession” leads with 27 nominations, including best drama and multiple lead actor nods. “The Last of Us” gained 24 nominations, marking significant recognition for a video game adaptation. Also, “The White Lotus” received 23 nominations as it transitioned from a limited series to a drama series this year. The 2023 Emmys will air on Fox at 8 p.m. ET.
In celebration of the 50th Anniversary of Hip Hop, Google invites you to join us for the BreakBeatCode hackathon on December 16th, 2023 from 11:00 AM-3:00 PM Eastern Time with special guest star Supernatural. The Breakbeatcode Hackathon is a free, online, half-day hybrid event. During the Hackathon, tech coach volunteers from Google will teach students to code through beat making and music creation using EarSketch, a free educational programming environment that was developed first at Georgia Institute of Technology.
