It’s official!
According to the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame site, Jay Z, Tina Turner, Carole King, Todd Rundgren and The Go-Go’s will join the class of 2021 in the Performers category.
Taking place in Cleveland, Ohio’s Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse, the induction ceremony will be on October 30th on HBO Max. In a statement released by John Sykes who is the chairman, he says:
“This is our most diverse class in the history of the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. It really represents the Hall’s ongoing commitment to honor the artists that have created not only rock & roll but the sound of youth culture.”
