It seems like Tina Turner is having a hard time forgiving her ex-husband, the late Ike Turner.
According to The Jasmine Brand, Ms. Turner was reportedly watching the biographical play called “Tina: The Tina Turner Musical” for the first time in London and when the show was over, she went to the actor who played Ike Turner and said that she “forgives him.” Apparently, she cannot say the same for her actual ex. “I don’t know if I could ever forgive all that Ike ever did to me- [but] Ike’s dead, so we don’t have to worry about him.”
Ms. Turner first revealed the abuse that she went through in the hit movie “What’s Love Got To Do With It”, starring Angela Bassett and Laurence Fishburne. According to her, the 1993 hit only touches the surface of what really happened between her and Ike.
Ike Turner passed away in 2007.
