This is going too far. Is it worth it?
According to reports, a 28-year-old Maryland man was stabbed to death outside of a Popeyes restaurant, allegedly over the franchises new chicken sandwich.
The social media craze over the sandwich is intense, and clearly taking a scary turn.
A fight broke out outside of the food chain after someone reportedly cut the line. The fight initially started inside the restaurant and made its way inside. The man who was stabbed was rushed to the hospital but then died later on. His identity hasn’t been released and authorities are still in search of a suspect.
Spokeswoman Jennifer Donelan spoke out about the incident, “For you to get that angry over anything — for that type of anger to develop into this type of violence, again is a very sad and tragic day”
