Tyrese has held onto his beef with Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson ever since production for Fast & Furious 9 was pushed back so The Rock could wrap his latest film, Skyscraper. But now, he’s rethinking the way he went after his longtime co-star.
Mr. Gibson recently stopped by Van Lathan’s The Red Pill podcast, and decided to open up about his attack on The Rock for being “selfish.”
“I have yet to talk to The Rock to this day – and we will have a conversation.”
He went to say, “I did have a conversation with his producing partner that’s with him every day … and that’s pretty much the gist of any communication as far as my thoughts and feelings around all that stuff at the time that was going on. I found myself being the messenger on behalf of various people associated [with the Fast & Furious] franchise, but stupid me was the only one who went public about those feelings, which is my own fault. It’s not professional and it’s not cool.”
