Will Smith Gives ‘King Richard’ Co-Stars Bonuses For HBO Max And Theater Releases

Will Smith is truly one of a kind. 

The actor gave his ‘King Richard’ castmates bonuses for the simultaneous HBO Max and Movie Theater releases which came after the cast had to deal with the loss of earnings that they faced after WarnerMedia decided to release the movie on both platforms.

Reports state that Will Smith, who allegedly earned $40 million from the film, decided to personal bonuses to the cast, in which he wrote checks to the cast. Among those cast members were Saniyya Sidney, Demi Singleton, Tony Goldwyn, Jon Bernthal, and Aunjanue Ellis. 

The movie ‘King Richard’ is a biopic about the father of Venus and Serena Williams and it shows how he coached them to be the stars that they are today.

The movie will be in theaters and on HBO Max on November 19.
