Actor Winston Duke had a fan moment the time he met Rihanna.
While appearing on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, he talked about meeting the singer back in 2019 and what happened next.
“I got to meet Rihanna in 2019… I have to say I never get starstruck and that was the night,” the actor recounted. “I had a lot of, like, plans in my head for years because we’re both Caribbean- I’m from Trinidad and she’s from Barbados. I had all these ideas, I’m like ‘I’m gonna chat her up on Carnival, crop over, talk about art.”
Winston stated that after he introduced himself to the billionaire and she confirmed that she knew who he was, their meeting didn’t go the way he had imagined it would. “I folded like fresh laundry, my friend, I was done,” he said to Fallon. He later asked her, “Where do you come from?” to which she answered, “My house.”

Winston Duke will reprise his role in the upcoming Black Panther: Wakanda Forever which will be in theaters on Friday, November 11th.
