Freeform announced Tuesday that they will be renewing their critically praised series, Grown-ish for a third season.
This Black-ish spinoff is currently on its second season and will continue to shine light on issues that students face in the world of higher education.
Season 2 follows Zoey, played by Yara Shahidi, and her friends as they return to CalU with confidence and determination. With freshmen year under their belt, Zoey and her friends think that they have their second year all figured out, but soon realize that they may not be as “grown” as they think.
Familiar faces, Yara Shahidi, Trevor Jackson, Francia Raisa, Emily Arlook, Jordan Buhat, Chloe Bailey, Halle Bailey, Luka Sabbat and Deon Cole will all return to the screen.
New episodes of Grown-ish air Wednesdays at 8/7c on Freeform.
