Actress Yvonne Orji has landed a new guest role on the hit television show, The Wonder Years.
Orji is set to appear in the episode titled “Love & War”, where she will play the role of Tammy, a single mother who has been sending letters to the main character’s older brother, Bruce.
Through the letters, the two develop a tight relationship, which surprises the Willams family because of Tammy’s age and her past. This episode will also focus on how the Vietnam war has affected Bruce’s emotional psyche.
It will also speak on the impact the war had on individuals, their families, and the real things that Black veterans go through.
This episode is set to air on ABC on April 13th at 8:30 pm where you can watch Yvonne Orji as Tammy.
