R&B singer Sammie, formerly known as Sammie Lee Bush Jr, was arrested on Oct 19 for domestic abuse and child cruelty per the TheShadeRoom. His bond was set at $1,050.
The 38-year old, known for hits “I Like It” and “You Should Be My Girl,” was booked by the Henry County Police Department. The arrest records list two specific charges. One count is for battery involving domestic violence. The other is for cruelty to children for making them witness a violent act.
It is believed that Sammie shares two children with his partner, Teanna Reid.
