Idris Elba and his wife Sabrina have reportedly faced a frightening situation that has led to calling law enforcement. The couple has allegedly been targeted by an obsessive individual through their personal email addresses in what sources describe as distressing cyberstalking incidents.
According to Rolling Out, an unidentified woman has appeared uninvited at private events throughout London, showing up at gatherings that Idris and Sabrina attended separately on different occasions.
The harassment reportedly began in September and continued as recently as October 21. Authorities have been made aware of the situation affecting the Hollywood star. A source told The Sun on Sunday: “These events were seriously distressing for Idris and his family.
“He had no choice but to report it to the authorities because it had gone too far.
“When Sabrina was brought into it, that was clearly the final straw for him. He did what he felt he had to do to protect his wife, and his family.”
The 53-year old Luther actor is currently starring in Netflix hit, A House of Dynamite. He made a rare appearance with his daughter Isan at the New York Film Festival premiere of A House Of Dynamite in September.
Often joined on the red carpet by his wife Sabrina, Idris this time brought his daughter Isan, 23, along for the evening.
Elba is also the star cast for the returning Apple TV thriller “Hijack,” premiering January 14, 2026.
