Fans of 50 Cent and Eminem have long dreamed of a collaborative album, and now it seems closer than ever. The rap icons are poised to join forces after 50’s upcoming Las Vegas residency, sparking excitement across the music world.

The G-Unit mogul took to Instagram on Friday (Dec. 27) to confirm his plans, saying, “Looks like I’ll be back in the booth after all! Just gotta do this residency in Vegas first.” The residency, titled “50 Cent: In Da Club,” will run from Dec. 27 to Jan. 4 at PH Live at Planet Hollywood. Once it wraps, the path is clear for the duo’s long-awaited album.

Eminem’s Enthusiasm Ignites Buzz

The buzz surrounding the project intensified earlier this week when Eminem addressed the possibility during an interview with DJ Whoo Kid on Shade 45. “That would be great,” Eminem said. “We just gotta stop bulls–ting and just do it. I would never say it’s not possible, what the f–k?!”

Eminem’s comments immediately reignited fan anticipation. Social media lit up with reactions, with one fan proclaiming, “Eminem and 50 Cent album will be straight fire, can’t wait for it.” Another quipped, “I’ll be on YouTube live with a bulletproof vest and a g*n if this happens!”

The duo’s history of chart-topping collaborations, including tracks like “Patiently Waiting” and “Crack a Bottle,” has solidified their legendary status. Fans have been clamoring for more since their last major team-up, and now the stars seem to be aligning.

A New Era for 50 Cent and Eminem

50 Cent hinted at new music as early as 2023, when he revealed Eminem and Dr. Dre were already laying the groundwork. “I got a text from [Eminem] that he had already spoken to Dre, and Dre is in there with some crazy stuff,” 50 said during an interview with Big Boy. He praised Dre’s ability to elevate projects, saying, “He’s always had something.”

While no release date has been set, the confirmation of plans has set the stage for what could be one of the most anticipated albums in hip-hop history. As fans await updates, all eyes are on 50’s Las Vegas residency and what comes next.

For now, the promise of a joint album with Eminem marks the start of an exciting chapter for both artists and their devoted fans.
