Prayers Up for Al B. Sure. The singer has revealed that his mother, Rev. Cassandra Mack-Brown, has passed away.
He went on Instagram to share the terrible news. “Grand Rising Kings & Queens, Sending all of the love and light in abundance I have left in my soul in return for the prayers and well wishes from around the world,” he began under his post with a photo holding his mother’s hand.
“I thought being in a coma or on a ventilator was challenging, listen… that was easy work compared to what it feels like losing my mother, to cancer no less.” He continued saying that he received a call early in the morning from a world leader giving their condolences after the passing of his mother.
In another post, he wrote, “I forgive you, #BeforeComa, and I thank you, #AfterComa! Hate cannot drive out hate; only love can do that. I’ve returned to advocate and be of service to my transplant family here in America and around the world.”
Al B. Sure has been posting about his mother’s battle with cancer on his Instagram account for a couple of weeks, with one of his last posts of them spending this past Mother’s Day together while she was in hospice care.
Our thoughts and prayers are with Al B. Sure and his loved ones during this time.
