A recently filed lawsuit has cast a disturbing shadow over hip-hop’s legacy, alleging that CJ Wallace—son of the late Notorious B.I.G.—played a role in a 2020 alleged sexual assault involving music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs.

Allegations of a Coordinated Setup

The plaintiff, identified only as “John Doe,” contends he was promised a legitimate business opportunity. Instead, he claims he was driven to a Revolt TV location in a Combs Corporations vehicle, escorted by Wallace and others. Once inside, he alleges he was taken to a room where Diddy awaited.

Doe states that:

“Diddy attempted to force oral sex on me,”

and that men, including Wallace, restrained him as Diddy threatened that “your Bad Boy career is over” if he resisted. Doe also alleges that participants documented the event as a form of “humiliating evidence.”

After the alleged assault, Doe says he was driven home by Wallace and an entrepreneur named Willie Mack, who had both initially portrayed themselves as supportive business allies.

A Broader Pattern of Allegations

This lawsuit follows a prior claim by the same plaintiff, who alleges Diddy masturbated into a shirt once owned by Notorious B.I.G. and threw it at him—reportedly while mocking “RIP Biggie.”

The new complaint paints a disturbing portrait: The 2020 meeting was allegedly engineered under false pretenses, orchestrated by Diddy’s associates—including Wallace—to facilitate the assault.

Doe is now suing Wallace, Combs, and all individuals named in the complaint, seeking unspecified damages.

Diddy’s legal team issued a staunch denial via TMZ, stating:

“Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone,”

and that the criminal verdict “proves what we have been saying all along.”

They added that Combs will continue to “fight for as long as necessary to win his full vindication.” Notably, the lawsuit follows Combs’ July 2, 2025, federal verdict: he was found not guilty on racketeering and sex trafficking charges, but guilty on two counts of transportation for prostitution under the Mann Act.

As of this writing, neither Wallace nor representatives from the Notorious B.I.G. estate have responded publicly to the allegations.

What Comes Next

The legal drama continues to unfold as this latest civil action deepens scrutiny of Diddy and those around him. CJ Wallace, frequently referred to by his stage name Lil Biggie, has not commented on the matter.

The plaintiff’s next move could include depositions and potential trial proceedings. The industry awaits further statements from Wallace or the estate, which could change the narrative.
