Chaka Khan’s daughter, Indira Milini Khan, is airing out her grievances with Diddy as well.
She has claimed that Diddy disrespected her mother by yelling at her “like a lunatic,” and had her son beaten up. Milini-Khan posted, “I’m glad this is happening to you,” under Diddy’s apology video. She continued, “You got in my mother’s face and publicly disrespected her yelling and screaming like a lunatic.”
Khan also revealed that her little brother was attacked after he tried to defend their mother. “When my little brother tried to get you out of my mother’s face, your security jumped my 19 year old brother.” She added, “These may be your dark days but I’m singing and dancing watching your demise, @chakakhan isn’t it great mom?”
On May 17th, a video of Diddy surfaced online physically assaulting singer Cassie in a hotel hallway in 2016. As the singer was attempting to leave, Diddy can be seen running down the hallway wearing a towel and socks, pulling Cassie down to the floor and punching and kicking her in the face and head. He was later seen throwing objects at her and dragging her down the hallway back to their room.
The music mogul would later release an apology video, regretting his actions against the singer. “It’s so difficult to reflect on the darkest times in your life,” he said. “Sometimes you gotta do that. I was f**ked up. I mean, I hit rock bottom but I make no excuses. My behavior on that video is inexcusable. I take full responsibility for my actions in that video. I’m disgusted. I was disgusted then when I did it, I’m disgusted now.”
Fans on social media were quick to call out Diddy’s previous statement in 2023 when he denied all allegations against him. They also noticed that he didn’t mention the singer by name.
