Chris Brown was allegedly sued by a man who claims was beaten by the singer with a bottle of tequila.
According to reports, the incident took place at the Tape London Club earlier this year. The victim, Abe Diaw, said that he knew the Poppin’ singer for several years and thought that they were going to hug, instead he said that Brown began hitting him with the bottle and causing multiple injuries and emotional distress.
In Diaw’s lawsuit, he claims that he fell unconscious after being hit multiple times and he eventually ended up in the hospital. Surveillance video shows the entire incident according to Diaw’s lawyers. This new lawsuit comes after Brown was hit with a lawsuit over a $2 million loan from City National Bank.
The bank claimed that he never paid the money back. The loan was to purchase some Popeyes restaurants. Chris Brown or his team has yet to release a statement about the incident.
