Neo Langston, a rumored boyfriend of singer D4vd, was arrested on a warrant for failing to appear as a witness in a homicide investigation.

Langston was held without bond and has already been transferred into the custody of the Los Angeles Police Department.

Investigators believe Langston is the man seen near the Tesla when it was parked for the final time before being towed to a police impound lot in the Hollywood Hills in September 2025.

Police made the grisly discovery in the trunk at the impound lot after a worker called 911 to report a foul odor.

The body of Celeste Rivas Hernandez, 15, was discovered in the trunk of the impounded vehicle in Los Angeles. By year’s end, it was reported that the 20-year-old, real name David Anthony Burke, would likely be indicted for his suspected role in the death of the runaway.

Her family described her as a runaway who was in a “relationship” with a man named David.

In late November, a grand jury reportedly convened to hear from witnesses in the case. They expected to vote on whether to indict the “Romantic Homicide” singer.

According to TMZ, Langston is believed to have knowledge of the events leading up to, during and after Rivas’ death. They’re not believed to have killed the teen, but may have helped dismember her remains.

Since the investigation, Interscope Records has cancelled D4vd’s Deluxe Album Release, and deleted all album promos from its website.

Police named D4vd as a suspect in Celeste’s death in November. His current location is unknown.
