Dame Dash wants to call a truce between him, Cam’ron, and 50 Cent.
Taking to his Instagram, the former Roc-a-Fella shared that he wants to end the feud.
“Let’s just resolve this and move forward collectively,” Dash’s caption read. “Let’s show the world that they can’t divide us over bullshit.”
“I’m sitting here on the dock looking at the view, and I’m thinking, like, why am I beefing with Cam?” Dame said in a video shared to Instagram on Sunday. “The only reason is just because I never got to talk to him. He publicly said he wasn’t gon’ talk to me. But almost every OG from Harlem and everyone I respect is like, cut this shit. It’s embarrassing.”
Dash even offered to meet with Cam and 50, saying, “We could resolve this” by talking it out. He also noted that he wanted to “apologize to Harlem” for engaging in “embarrassing” behavior.
Dash referenced the Godfather films, describing himself as the “Black Godfather.”
“The Black godfather don’t kill his brother,” Dame said. “He teaches his brother.”
He went on to propose that he, Cam, and 50 could work together in the future.
“Instead of us talking about each other on f**king social media like clowns, let’s sit down and talk like real men. Let’s take this off the street,” he said. “The street right now is the internet, and this shit is corny. So, I don’t wanna fight with y’all no more.”
The IG post follows Dash’s filing of a $300 million defamation lawsuit against Cam’ron. In the suit, Dash alleges that Cam made false statements that damaged Dash’s businesses and personal reputation. The suit, filed by Dash, his partner Raquel Horn, and The Dash Group, accuses Cam’ron of defamation, business disparagement, tortious interference, unjust enrichment, conspiracy, and harassment.
