Sean “Diddy” Combs has been hit with seven new lawsuits that accuse him of sexually assaulting new victims.
According to reports, two of the seven lawsuits claim that Diddy drugged and sexually assaulted two minors. The lawsuit also cites other celebrities who participated in the assault with him. One of the accusers says she was 13 when she was invited to Diddy’s afterparty by his limo driver.
She said that after having a drink, she began to feel drowsy and was looking for somewhere to lie down. Moments later, she recalled Diddy coming into her room with a male and female celebrity. “You are ready to party!” Diddy allegedly said.
Her lawsuit states the unnamed male celebrity began to sexually assault her while Diddy and the unnamed female celebrity watched. Reps for Combs denied all allegations in the new lawsuits that were filed last week.
“Mr.Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts, their legal defenses, and the integrity of the judicial process,” his attorneys said in a statement. “In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone- adult or minor, man or woman.”
In the new lawsuits, Diddy is accused by three women and four men. All but one of them are alleging that they were drugged by him. Attorney Tony Buzbee and his co-counsel Andrew Van Arsdale, say that the new lawsuits filed on Monday will be joining the others filed against him.
“We will let the allegations in the filed complaints speak for themselves, and will work to see that justice is done,” Buzbee said in a statement. “We expect to be filing cases weekly naming Mr. Combs and others as defendants as we continue to gather evidence and prepare the filings.”
Diddy is currently in custody in New York as he awaits trial, which is slated to begin in May 2025.
