Drew Sidora has been ordered to vacate the Georgia home she shares with estranged husband Ralph Pittman, marking a new development in their ongoing divorce proceedings.

A judge issued the temporary order requiring Sidora to leave the residence by May 31. The decision stems from what court documents describe as the “current financial circumstances of the parties.”

The ruling also outlines changes to custody arrangements involving the couple’s two children.

Custody Shift and Living Arrangements

Under the order, Pittman has been granted interim primary physical custody during the school year. Sidora will have parenting time on alternating weekends beginning in August.

The former couple will continue to share joint legal custody, allowing both parents to participate in major decisions.

Pittman, who had reportedly been living in the home’s basement during the separation, is now permitted broader access to the residence. This includes assisting with preparing the children for school.

The custody adjustment follows concerns raised in court about the children’s school attendance while in Sidora’s care.

Despite the order, both parties must continue splitting household expenses until Sidora vacates the property.

Ongoing Divorce Battle

The divorce, first filed in 2023, remains unresolved and contentious. Both Sidora and Pittman submitted competing petitions at the time, signaling deep divisions over custody and other matters.

Sidora previously accused Pittman of infidelity and emotional abuse in court filings. Pittman has not publicly responded to those allegations.

A representative for Sidora emphasized that the latest ruling is not final.

“This matter is still being actively litigated, and is in the middle of the final trial,” the representative said. “The Second Temporary Order is, in fact, temporary, and does not reflect the final outcome of the case.”

Pittman’s representatives declined to comment.

Sidora, known for her role on The Real Housewives of Atlanta, has remained in the public eye throughout the proceedings. The couple married in 2014 and share two children together.

The latest court order represents a significant shift in both custody and living arrangements. However, with the case still pending, further changes may follow as the divorce heads toward a final decision.
