Eddie Murphy is coming back to the big screen in a new Christmas movie called Candy Cane Lane.
In the movie, Murphy’s character, Chris, gets scammed by an elf after unintentionally making a deal with him. The elf, Pepper, casts a spell that brings Christmas for 12 days and causes chaos throughout the town.
The movie’s synopsis also says, “At the risk of ruining the holidays for his family, Chris, his wife Carol (Tracee Ellis Ross), and their three children must race against the clock to break Pepper’s spell, battle deviously magical characters, and save Christmas for everyone.”
This will be Eddie Murphy’s first Holiday movie in his 40-year acting career. Candy Cane Lane will stream on Prime Video on December 1st.
