Floyd Mayweather Sued For $105K Unpaid Private Jet Bill

Floyd “Money” Mayweather Jr. is facing another legal battle,

According to Complex, Mayweather is being sued by Jet Set Aircraft. The suit states that the former champion and his associates, including jewelry consultant Jona Rechnitz, failed to pay $105,690 for a private charter flight to Turks and Caicos that took place in September 2025.

​Filed in Los Angeles County, the suit claims Rechnitz was fully aware of Mayweather’s alleged pattern of utilizing luxury services without providing payment.

​Despite earning over $1.1 billion throughout his legendary career, Mayweather is facing several legal woes.

The IRS hit the boxing icon with a $7.3 million tax lien in March for unpaid federal taxes dating back to 2018 and 2023. Now his his assets are at risk of seizure. Also, a flurry of lawsuits, including a a $1.4 million dispute with a Miami jeweler regarding luxury watches.

MAYWEATHER IS FACING SEVERAL LAWSUITS

​Additionally, long-standing claims from Logan Paul regarding a missing $1.5 million payment from their 2021 bout continue to linger. Mayweather has countered these narratives with news of a $402 million Manhattan real estate acquisition. Also, his own $340 million lawsuit against Showtime, his aggressive 2026 schedule—which includes upcoming matches against Mike Tyson in April —has led many to believe he is fighting primarily to resolve urgent cash flow issues.

One of this comeback fights with Manny Pacquiao is in jeopardy.

Mayweather said that it might not take place at The Sphere in Las Vegas and that it would be an exhibition.

​“As of right now, we don’t know exactly where the fight is going to be,” Mayweather said. “We don’t know the location of the fight. The Sphere is one of the places that they talked about. So we don’t know if it’s a hundred percent going to be there. And this is not actually a fight. It’s an exhibition.”
