Ghostface Killah has landed a new partnership with a well-known coffee brand.
The rap legend has teamed up with Keurig to make his brand of coffee, “Killah Koffee,” a single-serve cup. Coffee lovers can get the pods in two blends, the robust “Supreme Dark Roast,” and the medium roast, “Shaolin Cannoli.” The medium roast blend is described as “rich and perfectly balanced with the flavors of freshly baked cookies and sweet vanilla.”
Ghostface Killah, 54, launched his gourmet coffee in 2021 and then went on to open his own coffee shop, Killah Koffee, in Staten Island. According to the press release, Killah opened his shop while celebrating his 52nd birthday.
Mayor Eric Adams attended the event and called the Wu-Tang rapper, “an institution and an inspiration.” He also declared that May 9 would officially be known as Ghostface Killah Day, for his contributions to music and the community.
“There’s so many people coming out here seeing a performer, a young person who grew up here, who lived in public housing and went to public school, and now is able to have a business… Thank you for reinvesting.”
Congratulations to Ghostface Killah. Will you be buying his coffee in it’s new form?
