This is amazing news! The Reverend Jesse Jackson has been released from the rehab hospital after his battle with COVID-19 and his issues with Parkinson’s disease.
We reported that on August 30th, that the Reverend Jackson and his wife Jacqueline were both in the ICU but later went home once they recovered. However, Rev. Jackson would stay at the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab to receive physical therapy treatment.
It has been reported that he was able to go on Wednesday, September 22nd. “Thank God for leading the way to get me to walk again on my own power, talking,” he said.
He continued, “The shot took me from death. I never had a breathing issue, respiration. It couldn’t take over me. I want to express my thanks to people. My wife and I are both so grateful.”
We’re glad to see that the Rev. Jesse Jackson is doing much better.
