Real Housewives of Atlanta alum Kandi Burruss filed explosive court documents this week accusing her estranged husband, Todd Tucker, of failing to financially support their two children and of not contributing to the family mortgage.

The Grammy winner’s legal filing seeks a judge’s intervention to set formal child support and custody arrangements amid their contentious divorce.

Burruss, 49, claims in the documents that Tucker, 52, has not paid any of their children’s “significant monthly expenses,” including a nanny, tuition, extracurricular activities, birthday parties, medical bills, travel or daily needs.

She wrote that she has been forced to shoulder the full financial burden for their son, Ace, 7, and daughter, Blaze, 4, since the couple’s split.

“Tucker does not exercise parenting time with the minor children on a significant basis,” Burruss’s filing states. She added this is true “despite the façade of his two-to-three-minute social media videos chronicling his ‘Daddy Daycare.’”

Financial Support and Home Expenses at Center Stage

In addition to child support, Burruss alleges that Tucker has not contributed to the mortgage or household expenses of their family home.

The filing notes that Tucker, a self-employed entrepreneur, has traveled abroad on multiple occasions but has not offered monetary support for the children or home.

Burruss’s lawyer also accused Tucker of interfering with her designated parenting time. According to court papers, during the recent Christmas break, Tucker tried to prevent the children from traveling to New York to spend time with Burruss despite prior notice.

The motion asks the court to establish a custody schedule in response to what Burruss described as repeated interference by Tucker.

Tucker previously filed his own court documents in November, — seeking primary custody of the children and challenging the enforcement of the couple’s prenuptial agreement.

His legal team has declined to comment directly on Burruss’s latest filing. An attorney for Tucker said matters should remain “within the court” and are best addressed through official documents.

A judge has not yet ruled on Burruss’s motions, including her request to seal parts of the divorce record.

Burruss and Tucker married in April 2014 in a televised ceremony and have remained a high-profile couple in reality television.

Announcing their divorce in late 2025, Burruss said the decision came after “deep thought and a lot of prayer,” emphasizing a focus on her children and personal growth.
