Kendrick Lamar Stuns The Crowd At Super Bowl LIX

As expected, Kendrick Lamar gave an electric performance during the Super Bowl LIX Halftime Show.

During his highly anticipated performance at the Caesar Superdome in New Orleans, the multiple Grammy-award winner proved to the world that he’s at the top of his game.

At the beginning of the set, the legendary Samuel L. Jackson introduced Kendrick as the headliner of “The Great American Game” and would give hilarious commentary throughout the set.

Standing on top of a vintage Black Grand National before launching into “squabble up” with incredible choreography as dancers took the shape of an American flag.

After performing snippets of the fan-favorite “Europhia”, as well as “man at the garden”, and “peekaboo”, two standout cuts from his critically-acclaimed LP GNX.

As he continued, K-Dot took time to throw a shot at Drake and lawsuits against UMG. “I want to perform their favorite song but you know they like the sue,” Kendrick said to his backup dancers.

The raucous crowd gave thunderous applause and cheers as the beginning of “luther” played and SZA appeared on stage.

After teasing the track throughout the performance, Kendrick finally dropped “Not Like Us.” Tennis legend Serena Williams showed up to dance on stage, repping Compton.

For the grand finale, Mustard came to the party as Kendrick closed out with the epic “tv off” that sent the crowd into a frenzy.

After his last song,  the lights flashed reading “Game Over” as Kendrick left the stage while the crowd gave their approval.
