Khloé Kardashian is still waiting for an apology from her ex-husband, Lamar Odom.
Since the release of the Netflix doc Untold: The Life and Death of Lamar Odom, Khloé regrets being involved in it.
While discussing the doc with her mother, Kris Jenner, on her podcast, Khloé in Wonder Land, Khloé said she has yet to speak with Odom.
“What the hell is he gonna say?” Khloé asked
“Hey, I’m really sorry,” Jenner responded.
Khloé said, “I haven’t heard from him. Haven’t heard. I feel like he’s been doubling down.”
Khloé said Odom said “something along the lines of, ‘Yeah, that marriage made me more popular in the social media world” during an interview.
“I don’t think he would care really about me, clearly,” Khloé explained. ” And I would think he would be devastated to lose you [Kris], my sisters, Rob, like, just thinking how you guys would view him because he’s always been very sensitive about that.”
As the conversation continued, Khloé said to her mother, “we’re not talking to him anymore. I know how you can get.”
ODOM DISPUTES SOME OF KHLOE’S CLAIMS
During an interview on Today with Jenna & Sheinelle, Odom seemed to downplay Kardashian’s claims of saving his life.
“She stood by your side, she saved your life,” Bush Hager tells Odom. “Do you feel that way?”
“In some ways,” Odom responded. “God saved my life. My Lord saved my life, honestly.”
“Khloe stepped in… and stayed by your side,” Bush Hager continued.
“A lot of us were saying, ‘She rode hard for you,’” Jones added.
“Yeah, she took care of me,” Odom admitted. “But God took care of me the most. What I came back from is like a medical miracle.”
In the doc, Kardashian said upon arriving at the hospital in Nevada, Odon’s estranged father Joe, who passed away in 2021, was telling doctors to pull the plug.
I assume, [he] thought he’s now the beneficiary of Lamar,” Khloe said. “And Joe just said, ‘Don’t put him on life support. Turn those machines off.’”
Lamar doesn’t believe Khloe’s recollection of the events.
“You know, I was knocked out and asleep at that time,” he said. “If you know Joe Odom, I don’t think that’s something he would ever come out of his mouth. He was my biggest fan. I don’t know where that got mistranslated.”
