Rapper, actor and TV producer, LL Cool J is stepping even deeper into the entrepreneurial world. His global platform Rock The Bells, is now launching Rock The Bells Resort, which is a luxury, all-inclusive resort vacation and multi-day oceanfront hip-hop festival. This new venture will be in partnership with Playa Luna Presents.

The Rock The Bells Resort experience will be at the Moon Palace Resort in Cancun, Mexico. Packages go on sale in the fall with deposits starting at $290. The retreat is a three-day festival that celebrates the various genres, movements, and regions that shaped Hip-Hop’s history.

RTB has been working overtime to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Hip-Hop. In September, the brand hosted the The Rock The Bells Festival – Celebrating 50 Years of Hip-Hop. The event included performances from Queen Latifah, Swizz Beatz, and Run-D.M.C. and more.

In August, the brand also held its annual Rock The Bells festival at Forest Hills Stadium in Queens. When talking to Billboard about the event, he shared his excitement to host in his hometown.

“This was a special year for the culture and for Rock The Bells in curating this experience, bringing together the icons of hip-hop,” LL Cool J told the outlet. “It’s always a privilege to play for my hometown crowd in New York City. We really loved putting on this year’s second annual Rock The Bells festival to a sold-out crowd in Queens. Through this special airing on MTV, we’re excited for fans at home around the world to be able to feel some of the great energy from that day.”
