It looks like NeNe Leakes’ son, Bryson Bryant, will not be heading to jail after he was arrested for drug possession last year.

According to reports, Bryant accepted a plea deal with prosecutors in Georgia in which they agreed to dismiss the possession of a “Schedule II controlled substance charge.” However, Bryant pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge of falsifying information to law enforcement.

Due to his plea deal, Bryant will serve 12 months of probation and will have to pay a $500 fine. If he violates this deal, he could end up in jail. Bryant must also complete 40 hours of community service within the first six months of his probation. He will also have to take random drug tests as ordered by his probation officer.

The court order states, “The defendant shall provide a release which allows the Community Supervision Office to have access to all medical, clinical, treatment, attendance or work records, and for driving and criminal history.”

The court order also says that Bryant has to undergo a mandated evaluation and/or treatment for substance abuse. While on probation, he cannot drink any alcoholic beverages or use any drugs unless they are legally prescribed.

Bryson Bryant was arrested on July 3, 2023 and charged with possession of fentanyl. NeNe Leakes has not released a statement on this matter yet.
