According to a report by TMZ, comedian and actress,Tiffany Haddish has been officially charged for a DUI after her arrest in November.

Haddish was charged on two misdemeanors; driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a .08 percent blood alcohol content.

On the night of her arrest, she was foudn by Los Angeles police asleep at the wheel of her vehicle on Beverly Drive. The police then arrested her, however, this was not her first DUI arrest. She was caught sleeping behind the wheel in Atlanta back in January 2022. She was eventually released after posting a $1,666 bond.  

When asked about her most recent DUI, she told ET, “This will never happen again. I’m going to get some help so I can learn balance and boundaries.”

Haddish’s arraignment has been scheduled for Dec. 22.
