Tina Knowles, the mother of the powerhouse, global superstar and brand, Beyoncé is ready to tell her story with her own book  Matriarch: A Memoir.

The 70-year old shared the announcement of her latest endeavor, set to release spring 2025, on her Instagram Feed. The cover features a painting of the family matriarch seated in a flower-filled background in a yellow skirt and black top inside a gold picture frame.

“I have always been a storyteller, and it’s something I learned from my mother. When I had a family of my own, I believed that my daughters needed to know where they came from in order to know where they were going,” Knowles wrote. “I’m now ready to share my story with all of you, so that we can all celebrate these themes of strength, motherhood, Black pride, and identity.”

On Tuesday (Oct 29), Beyonce shared her pride for her mom in an Instagram post. “Mama, I couldn’t be prouder. My love for you goes beyond what I can say,” the singer wrote on Instagram in a post featuring the colorful, gilded cover.

“You put your heart into this book. I’m happy for you to share some of the stories that shaped you into who you are. To know you is to love you. But please don’t spill too much Mama Tea,” the Cowboy Carter singer wrote.

Mama Knowles wrote that as a 70-year-old, she wanted to impart lessons she wished she could have learned sooner.

“I am calling this book MATRIARCH because what inspires me is the wisdom that women pass on to each other, generation to generation — and the inner wisdom we long to uncover in ourselves,” she wrote.

Knowles’ bonus daughter Kelly Rowland also shared her pride for her former manager and designer.

Tina Knowles was recently honored as one of Glamour’s Women of the Year, with Beyoncé among those in attendance at the New York City ceremony. “Matriarch” will be released through Random House’s One World imprint on April 22.
